Will I have to add any extra steps or emails to this workflow?

The answer is likely, yes. I designed this workflow specifically for the use of creatives operating within the Wedding Industry, based on my personal experience. It is a base template that can be applied to many different services, however specific tasks and emails will need to be added to meet the needs of each vendor category and your own unique business model.

Can I use this workflow even if I don’t have a CRM?

Of course! The automation aspect of this workflow requires the use of a CRM. The CRM I personally use and recommend is Studio Ninja. You can find out more about Studio Ninja on their website. If you’re interested in using Studio Ninja, I’ve provided a discount code of 50% OFF your first year, within the workflow. If you choose not to use a CRM, the tasks and emails marked as ‘AUTO EMAIL’ will need to be sent manually.

Is Studio Ninja the only CRM this workflow can be applied too?

You can apply this workflow to any CRM. I recommend Studio Ninja because that’s what I use and I LOVE IT.

Will this workflow teach me how to use Studio Ninja?

No. This workflow is a timeline of actions to take and emails to send to reduce your admin time, increase the value of your service and improve your clients experience. There is no explanation of how to use Studio Ninja or any CRM platform. If you would like to know more about Studio Ninja, you can visit their website.

Are the templates included something I can copy and paste to my own clients?

Almost! Text highlighted in RED must be changed. Text highlighted in ORANGE are suggestions and examples only. While you can use this text, I highly recommend altering it to reflect your branding and unique tone of voice, whilst emphasising your own personality. Choosing not to change this text could have a negative effect on your business and client relationships if the tone is not consistent with the rest of your marketing. Remember, other creatives may use these templates and it is therefore in your best interest to change them.

What if I don’t write the same way you do?

The templates provided are suggestions of how and when to communicate with your couples, for the best possible Client Experience. I’ve given specific examples of where to add personality and I highly recommend you adapt what I’ve written to reflect your own Brand Identity and personality.
